What is your policy on returns? Within how many days can I return a product?
While we hope you are happy with every purchase made from Art of Living Furniture L.L.C., we understand that sometimes it is okay to change your mind. And so we accept all Art of Living Furniture products shipped within the UAE and returned in their original condition within 7 days from the delivery date as eligible for returns and refunds.
Products must be returned unused and in the original box and packaging in which they were delivered. Any product that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted or be eligible for a refund. It must be noted that Art of Living Furniture reserves the right to refuse the return of any products that do not meet the return and refund eligibility criteria stated in AOL Furniture’s return policy.
Please also retain all documentation and packaging to fulfill return eligibility. All returns of Art of Living Furniture products will be processed within 5 working days once the products have been received back and inspected by AOL Furniture.
Refunds for purchases made using debit or credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, or American Express) will be issued on the same card used to make the payment after confirmation.
Please note that shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes, if any, incurred at the time of the purchase are non-refundable.

For any return regarding purchases made outside UAE, please email your query, including the images of the item (s) with the full description and reasons for the refund, to [email protected]. Our dedicated team will review your request and will respond as soon as possible to discuss the options. Please note that purchases made in-store are only eligible for exchange only.

How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
Refunds for returned Art of Living products can take up to7 working days from the date when the products have been received back by AOL Furniture. You can expect an email confirmation with your refund details as soon as it is confirmed & issued. However, the exact time taken for the refund amount to reflect on your account can vary depending on your bank.
Are delivery charges and custom duty fees refundable?
Shipping charges, customs fees, and taxes, if any, that are incurred at the time of the purchase are non-refundable.
Can I return an item that I bought online to the Art of Living Furniture showroom/s?
Returns on online purchases can only be requested for and processed online.
How do I exchange an item bought from the Art of Living Furniture?
Purchases made from the Art of Living Furniture store are only eligible for exchange. To be eligible for exchange at Art of Living Furniture, the item(s) must be unused, in its original Art of Living packaging, and accompanied by its original proof of purchase or receipt. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that do not meet these criteria. Any damaged or opened items may void the eligibility for exchange. The exchanged item(s) must be of the exact value or higher than the purchased item(s). The customer is required to pay the difference in price. The final decision for eligibility for exchange is of Art of Living Furniture. There are no exchanges available for personalized or customized items, sales, or discounted items, and perishable or consumable items such as candles and home fragrances if they have been unpacked from the original packaging. To request an exchange please visit our store situated at Dubai Festival City within seven days from the date of purchase, presenting your receipt.
To exchange an item purchased online, we recommend that you issue a return request for the original item purchased as per the instructions listed above, following which a new order can be placed for the item you wish to purchase. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability, and we will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled.
