What are the different options and fees related to shipping online purchases within the UAE?
Art of Living orders are delivered between 9 am and 6 pm from Monday to Saturday. Since every order is unique in its contents, size, weight, and destination, shipping costs may vary from one order to the other. While standard delivery is available for most destinations within the UAE, express delivery is limited to selected destinations within the UAE.

Order made outside of working hours (between 7 pm and 8 am), after the daily cut-off time of 4 pm (UAE time), or on a UAE public holiday will be processed on the next working day. Please note that the shipping times mentioned here are approximate and begin once the item is dispatched. Although we make every effort to minimize delays, Art of Living Furniture cannot be held accountable for any delays arising from cross-Emirates restrictions and regulations, customs clearance, or unsuccessful payment approval.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please call us at +971(04) 8842115 or email [email protected] as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, if your order has been dispatched, we cannot modify or cancel it.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
We can only deliver to a single address per order within the UAE. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, kindly order each location separately.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Shipping to P.O. boxes is not available for purchases.
How can I track my order?
Art of Living Furniture will send you several emails to keep you informed about the progress of your purchase. Once your order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation will be emailed to you to schedule your delivery and track your order. Additionally, you can track your order by logging into your account and accessing my order’s tab in your order history.
